As we reported earlier, there seems to be a video incriminating Suge Knight. The former Death Row Records CEO has now officially been charged with attempted murder.

The former rap music mogul, Marion Suge Knight has been arrested again — this time, on suspicion of murder in the death of his friend, and sources say a videotape will be a key piece of evidence. Knight allegedly ran over two people, killing one, on the set of the movie Straight Outta Compton.

TMZ reports that the L.A. County D.A. just filed the charges in connection with the death of Terry Carter. Knight turned himself in to authorities early Friday after his attorney said the rap mogul accidentally ran over and killed a friend and injured another man as he fled attackers.

In addition to murder, Suge was charged with attempted murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury — all felonies.

Law enforcement sources say the video captures “a portion” of what went down, but authorities tell us it significantly strengthens the case against Suge.

Suge is currently being held in an L.A. County jail on murder charges. His bail is set at $2 million.
