Josie Harris is looking to take the father of her three children to the cleaners in a new lawsuit.

Harris wants a judge to order Floyd Mayweather Jr. to cough up $20 million for labeling her a drug addict in a recent interview with Katie Couric.

Couric asked the boxing champion about a 2010 domestic abuse case involving Harris that got him sentenced to 90 days in jail in 2011. Floyd denied the charges and blamed Harris for being intoxicated at the time.

“Did I kick, stomp and beat someone? That didn’t happen. I’ll look you in your face and say no, that didn’t happen,” Mayweather told Couric. “Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes I did. If they say that’s domestic violence then you know what, I’m guilty of restraining a person.”

In Harris’ lawsuit her attorney, Dan Friedlander, wrote that Mayweather’s drug accusations “were knowingly fabricated in order to hype Mayweather’s upcoming fight with Pacquiao, to avoid bad press by deflecting responsibility for beating the mother of his children.”
