Safaree Samuels’ felon girlfriend Zashia Santiago got caught fibbing to her probation officer, and a judge has ordered her into therapy to stop her from turning to a life of crime.

A judge last week ordered the model and make up artist to attend “moral reconation therapy” – counseling designed to stop ex-cons from going back to law breaking – after Santiago’s probation officer caught her in a web of lies.

The one-time nursing assistant pled guilty in 2013 to felony possession of unauthorized access devices after she copped to swiping 20 hospital patient’s names, dates of birth, social security numbers and addresses.

Santiago admitted she was going to give the data to a man who planned to file phony tax returns with them. In return, Santiago was supposed to get $200 to $500 per person once the tax refunds came through.

She lost her healthcare license as a result of her role in the scam.

The 26-year-old mom of one had been on probation for the crimes, but was rearrested in May when her probation officer discovered that she lied about completing 20 hours of court-ordered community service. The probation officer said in court papers that Santiago also skipped probation appointments and would leave the Miami area without letting the officer know — all conditions of her probation.

Santiago hasn’t spoken out about the drama, but the day after the hearing tweeted, “Never let your praying knees get lazy,” to her 14,000 followers.
