Since New York magazine’s feature on 35 of the 46 women who up until that time had accused Bill Cosby of allegedly drugging them in addition to raping or sexual assaulting them, three more women have come forward. Model Chloe Goins, 24, is the newest woman to accuse Cosby of a sexual assault that took place just a few years ago and she will be appearing on Dr.Phil this Thursday to tell her story. More importantly, Goins may be the first woman whose case may fall within the statute of limitations (many of the alleged assaults happened in the ‘70s or ‘80s), meaning within the time limit a person has to file a claim which varies state to state.

In a preview of the interview, where Goins will be joined by other Cosby accusers including Beverly Johnson and The Cosby Show actress Eden Tiri, Goins talks about her alleged 2008 assault at the Playboy Mansion, where another Cosby accuser was also allegedly assaulted, at 18-years-old. Her story coincides with that of the many other accusers, alleging Cosby offered her a drink and that after that she remembers waking up as he was licking her toes.

Goins says,

“It was a disgusting thing to happen to me, that happened to these other women, and I’ll never be able to fully grasp that or get over that.”
