It looks like Chris Brown is about score a BIG win in the custody battle for his daughter Royalty.

Breezy was in court today (despite rumors that he wasn’t) to face off against his baby mother Nia Guzman over rights of his daughter. He’s leaving the court room with a HUGE smile on his face.

The judge granted Brown 50/50 custody of Royalty and she will be with both parents every four days.

She reportedly wanted to move the case to California where she is currently living, but the judge refuted that and instead continued to keep the case in Texas.

Guzman is looking to make Chris Brown pay $15,000 a month for child support, an increase from the $2,500 originally ordered. That ALSO got denied and he will be ordered to pay the original amount only.

Apparently, California courts give out more money in child support cases than Houston.
