Taylor Swift maybe facing a lawsuit for her hit record Shake It Off. Did the lyrics “Haters gonna hate” sound familiar to you? Well according to TMZ Jessie Braham AKA Jesse Graham claims that those lyrics are actually from a song that he wrote a couple of years ago.

Braham released a song titled Haters Gone Hate in 2013. He says that his lyrics are used more than 70 times in Swift’s smash hit. Braham wants 42 million dollars and writers credit for the song.

Earlier this year Trinidad James received a big check and writers credit for Mark Ronson’s and Bruno Mars’ Uptown Funk record for the lyrics “Don’t believe me just watch.” Do you think Taylor deserves to get sued?
