Diddy made headlines last week when Netflix announced a new documentary alleging that he paid $1 million to have Tupac Shakur killed.

Now the rap mogul is threatening to sue the company over the allegations. The documentary Murder Rap: Inside the Biggie and Tupac Murders, alleges that Sean “Diddy” Combs paid Crips gang member Duane Keith “Keffe D” Davis $1 million to murder rival rapper Tupac Shakur and his manager Marion Hugh “Suge” Knight.

LAPD detective Greg Kading says that he uncovered the conspiracy while investigating the case in 2006.

Kading also said that Suge Knight retaliated by paying Bloods gang member Wardell “Poochie” Fouse $13,000 to kill Notorious B.I.G. aka Biggie Smalls.

But the rap mogul is saying that he had nothing to do with the death of Tupac Shakur and is threatening to slap Netflix with a defamation lawsuit.

The documentary is currently on iTunes and will be available on Netflix this spring.
