cccBobby Shmurda’s was to see a day in court, but his trial has been pushed back to September.

The news was confirmed by Kati Cornell, the Director of Public Information at the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor in New York, to XXL.

The Brooklyn native was supposed to o to trial on February 22nd, then May 1, then May 12 and now it is set for September 12th.

It was the four defendants that requested the delay through their attorneys.

Shmurda has waged his own counterstrike against the NYPD for wrongful arrest.

The rapper claims he was the target of a wrongful and warrantless search after police rushed into a friend’s Brooklyn apartment he was in on December 17th, 2014. He was arrested, but claimed that none of the illegal materials was his.
