Kanye West surprise show creates huge chaos in New York City as more than 4000 fans swarmed the venue at Webster Hall which houses 1,500 people.

The fans climbed onto cars, scaffolding, dumpsters and even hung out of windows hoping to get a better view.

The New York Daily Mail reports that Kanye hinted on Social Media that he was going to do a pop-up show after bad weather on Sunday caused the Governor’s Ball to be cancelled.

The secret show, according to Kanye’s twitter page was sold out by 1:00 am. Webster Hall tweeted sometime before the show was scheduled to begin at 2:00 am that there would be no show.

Police then worked to disperse the large crowd.
