It has been an interesting week for Tidal after rumors of Apple’s acquisition of the new streaming site were squashed by Apple Music exec, Jimmy Iovine.

Despite its negative headlines, the head honcho behind Tidal, Jay Z, and dearly revered artist Beyonce, are planning to present a charity concert this fall.

According to Page Six, the power couple teamed up with the Robin Hood Foundation to debut the event on Oct. 15. Other headliners set to perform include Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and Lauryn Hill, who’s currently on a tour of her own.

The proceeds from the benefit concert will aid education initiatives for New York City students and aid other charities backed by the artists set to perform that night. The show will take place at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.
