According to Forbes’ new 2017 list of the wealthiest hip hop artists, a certain rapper has made a swift move in the ranking.

Not surprisingly, Diddy is still sitting pretty at the number one spot with a net worth of $820 million. But, who’s close behind him? The one and only JAY-Z, of course. In 2016, Hov was in the third spot with a net worth of $610 million. However, now he’s moved up a notch, thanks to his new net worth of $810 million, which is just a mere $10 million less than his friend Puff.

Forbes reports: “JAY-Z’s fortune has jumped 30% in the past year after a $200 million investment from Sprint reportedly put the valuation of his music-streaming service, Tidal, at $600 million, more than 10 times what he paid for the company two years ago.”

Coming in third on the list is Dr. Dre, who was in second place in 2016. The hip hop producer’s worth is currently $740 million. Birdman takes the forth position in the ranking with $110 million. Last, but certainly not least, Drake rounds out the top five spots with $90 million in his fat pockets.
