Brooklyn rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine, is currently facing prison time and may have to be registered as a sex offender, as the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office wants him punished for committing several crimes following a plea agreement he made.

In October 2015, 6ix9ine pled guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance and entered into a plea agreement that stated he cannot commit another crime for two years. Now, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Officer wants to sentence him to state prison in light of recent crimes he has committed including being arrested for misdemeanor assault, driving with a suspended license, and allegedly assaulting a police officer.

In a report from Pitchfork, prosecutors want 6ix9ine sentenced to 1-3 years in state prison as well as require that he register as a sex offender. Sentencing in the case has been adjourned until October 2.
