Making her entrance in a white gown with an open bible in her hand at Beenie Man’s Summer Sizzle show at the Jamalco Sports Club in Halse Hall, Clarendon on Saturday, D’Angel sparks rumors of her potential baptism.

The ‘First Lady of Dance Hall’ captioned a video of herself at the event saying “With My Bible In My Hand I Could Never Go Wrong😊 The First Lady Of Dancehall Made Her Entrance.” Her ‘different’ dress code is now leaving fans and onlookers to wonder if D’Angel is making plans to dedicate her life to Christ via baptism.

In another post D’Angel goes on to thank God for her talent and executing her game plan, “So Much Greatness In Me Thank You God For The Talent You Give Me To Inspire And Teach Through My Music… I Went Out With A Game Plan To Execute From Start To Finish And I Did Just That📢📢📢📢 When God Is With You Who Can Be Against You #imsobless #givingthanks🙏 I Love My Angels😇 Thanks Again For Having Me Summer sizzle… wonder if dem did really ready fi this though?????”

In the past few weeks several Jamaican personalities including Alaine and Yendi Phillips got baptized. Wanye Marshall and Bounty Killer are also promoting a brand new gospel single.
