The third murder suspect in X’s homicide case is begging the judge to let him walk on bail so he can go back home to take care of his pregnant fiancée.

Robert Allen, 22, claims that there is no proof that he committed a crime and believes he should be released. Allen also promised the judge that he would return to his work at a Broward County, Florida lawn care business if granted his release on bail.

Allen was indicted for first-degree murder by a grand jury along with Dedrick Williams, Trayvon Newsome and Michael Boatwright. X was killed on June 28 outside of RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Florida during what his lawyer believed was a “random robbery.” All four suspects remain in custody.

Meanwhile, X’s last album, ?, just reached platinum status. Released roughly three months before his death, ? debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling over 131,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.
