Lisa Hyper has finally opened up on her past relationship with incarcerated Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel.
Fans have long speculated that the two were romantically involved following the release of their steamy 2008 single “Come Wine For Me,” but there was never any confirmation from either party until now.

According to Lisa Hyper, her connection to Vybz Kartel is “way deeper than music,” and not many persons can understand this. Many fans have speculated that the two became involved while she was attending the Queens High school, but the female deejay revealed they have actually been friends since she was 5-years-old. According to the deejay, they grew up in the same community and remained as close friends for a number of years until their relationship became intimate.

The Gaza first lady went on to claim that although they collaborated on several singles before his 2014 incarceration she is not like any of the others who only affiliated with the deejay to “get a buss.” Lisa Hyper also alerted fans to expect yet another collaboration with the “Worl Boss,” as they are set to release a track later this year. She revealed that the track has already been recorded could be released as early as November.

The deejay says she is excited for the upcoming single as fans have long been anticipating another collaboration. She claims aside from their intimate relationship their musical chemistry has always been second to none. Lisa Hyper says she is pleased with the deejay’s recent appeal trial and is confidently awaiting the deejay’s return.
