Since Cardi B threw a shoe at Nicki Minaj at New York Fashion Week event and walked away with a knot on her forehead, the internet has been caught up in the debate of who’s right and who’s wrong.

Vivica Fox dropped her 2 cents on the incident, during an interview at Shade 45 on Wednesday, saying it’s a situation where Nicki has been goading Cardi B until she snapped.

“I just believe that Nicki knows how to push people’s buttons and she does it very passive aggressively,” the 54-year-old actress said. “And when she does that, it’s like, you know, you keep on poking the bear and sooner or later the bear’s going to react. When you’re poking the bear that’s passive-aggressive, and when the bear reacts all of a sudden you retreat.”

She went on to say that Cardi B is reactive and should start making better decisions for her brand.

“Everybody knows Cardi’s reactive. C’mon, we’ve seen that on the reality shows with her. She don’t take nothing, she will throw that shoe at you and most of the times it connects…but she’s got to make better decisions. She cannot mess up her brand. She cannot allow Nicki to help her mess up her brand.”
