The artist formerly known as Kanye West is going ghost on social media, yet again. ‘Ye deleted his Instagram and Twitter accounts sometime Saturday (Oct. 6) afternoon.

It’s probably not a bad idea for Yeesuz to take his annual break from the web. Especially after anther world wind of social media rants coupled with photos of him rocking his infamous MAGA hat and rambling on about everything from the 13th amendment to Tesla mogul Elon Musk. Needless to say, West’s refusal to stop sporting his favorite red cap (which he infused with positive energy) and his constant praise of Donald Trump, isn’t helping to win back any fans who jumped ship after his last round of outbursts.

On the flip side, this new version of the Chicago rapper has helped him gain a following of likeminded “free thinkers.”

Speaking of Chicago, ‘Ye recently revealed that he’s permanently moving back home to the Windy City. He’s also releasing his Yandhi album next month, which might have something to do with the social media hiatus.
