Nick Cannon further solidifies his status as a star TV personality. According to a report The Hollywood Reporter published earlier today (Oct. 8), the Wild ‘N Out creator has just inked a deal with Fox to launch his very own late night TV series on the network.

The “weekly topical late-night series” is one Cannon is teaming with The Talking Dead executive producer Michael Davies to create. The show will see Cannon holding down the hosting duties as he conducts a program that will include musical performances and interviews from high-profile celebrities while placing a focus on the world of pop culture.

This arrangement comes as a part of an overall development Cannon has inked with Fox. Cannon had previously signed on to be the host of Fox’s forthcoming celebrity singing competition series, The Masked Singer. With all of this in the fold, it’s safe to say he’s doing some really big things.

These latest developments only add to what’s been a very successful TV career for Cannon, who created Wild ‘N Out all the way back in 2005. After the comedic battle rap show was canceled in 2007, it came back in 2013, and Nick’s been holding it down ever since. In addition to that, he also spent a few years as the host of America’s Got Talent before leaving in 2017.
