Beyonce recently cut all ties with her business partner, Phillip Green, following his sexual assault case and now the Queen Bee is the sole owner of Ivy Park.

The 66-year-old Englishman currently faces allegations of racial abuse and sexual harassment which were uncovered in an eight-month investigation by The Telegraph. The instances were made known by his staff. Parkwood Entertainment also issued a statement, via The Root, briefly detailing the decision: “After discussions of almost a year, Parkwood has acquired 100 percent of the Ivy Park brand. Topshop — Arcadia will fulfill the existing orders.”

In 2016 Beyonce launched Ivy Park, telling Elle that it serves to promote the inner beauty within women. “It’s really the essence to celebrate every woman and the body she’s in while always striving to be better,” she said. “…It’s not about perfection. It’s about purpose. We have to care about our bodies and what we put in them.”
