Snoop Dogg just offered to open his doors for an abandoned UK bull terrier that was found and named after him.

According to BBC News, the bull terrier was dumped on the side of the road in England’s Stoke-on-Tent neighborhood by his previous owner on Dec. 17. The dog was eventually brought to England’s Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals where veterinarians cared for the pooch. The RSPCA began posting the footage of the abandonment, which was captured by video surveillance from a nearby home, and it was circulated on CCTV with millions of people watching. The vets are still trying to find the man who dumped the dog.

The RSPCA said hundreds of people have been calling and wanting to care for the dog, whom vets affectionately have called “Snoop.” “Snoop is such a lovable character and enjoys being around people and gets on well with other dogs,” a spokesperson for the RSPCA told BBC News. But until the investigation is over the dog is not up for adoption. In an interview with U.K. tabloid The Daily Star, Snoop Dogg said the incident was “heartbreaking” but said there was a space at his “Casa de Snoop” in Los Angeles for the namesake dog. “It is heartbreaking. There is always room for another dog in Casa de Snoop,” he said. “If he really needed a home then he has one with us, but I don’t think there is going to be any shortage of loving homes after all the exposure he has got.”
