Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star, Tommie Lee, is facing some serious time in prison for child abuse so much so that if she gets convicted she may never step out of prison.

Tommie was arrested late last year on child abuse charges, spending time in jail and effectively ending her run on Love & Hip-Hop. The details of what she did are pretty cruel and as of today, the entertainer has been indicted on the charges. Tommie is facing some serious time in jail for child abuse, up to 54 years. She’s been indicted on multiple charges of child abuse for an incident that occurred in October 2018. The indictment, which was filed in the state of Georgia, writes that Tommie went to her young daughter’s middle school to disrupt her class, smacking her hands with her purse strap before she slapped the girl across her face, dragged her across the hall by her hair and threw her into a metal locker.

In the indictment, Tommie is facing seven total charges with three of them being felonies. If she’s convicted on all seven charges, she faces a maximum sentence of 54 years in jail. The tabloid writes that Lee has been arrested twice in connection with this incident. The first time was for child abuse and the following arrest was for refusing to follow a court order to stay away from her daughter. With all this drama, Tommie has said that she will be quitting the cast of Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta.
