A Japanese fabric company, Toki Sen-I Co is suing rapper, Kanye West for not paying them for fabric he ordered.

According to the legal document, obtained by TMZ, Kanye West and the company agreed on a transaction of $624,000 worth of fleece fabric, however, after the fabric was produced, Kanye sent an email backing out of the deal.

While the company is still in possession of the fabric, they are seeking compensation, because the product is too specific to unload on other companies.

Kanye West and Toki Sen-I Co have been conducting business since 2015 without issues. The Japanese company expects to be paid $624,000 plus storage fees.
