App developer David Liebensohn is suing Kim Kardashian West over her app, Kimoji.
Liebensohn claims that he helped Kim build the app but was cut out of the profits. According to Liebnsohn, Kim agreed to cut his company 60% of Kimojis back in 2014 and while he was not included in the paperwork, it was understood that the product was a joint venture. Liebensohn says that Kim backed out of their deal in August of 2014, saying that one of the partners shared her personal information.

Kimoji was downloaded 9000 times per second on its release day alone, which works out to one million dollars per minute, in just one day.

Liebensohn is suing for $100 Million citing breach of contract and fraud.
