Fat Joe, Remy Ma, French Montana & Infared are currently being served a copyright lawsuit over the 2017 hit song, “All The Way Up,” according to The Blast.

This Lawsuit was issued on behalf of Miami-based rapper Fly Havana, who claims that his original unfinished version of “All The Way Up,” also a collaboration with Infared, is almost identical to the released version “including hook, melody, lyrics and overall flow.

According to the lawsuit, Infared ceased communication with Havana after introducing the song to Fat Joe. Havana also claims that he received $5,000 from Fat Joe with a promise of more, which he never received. He is seeking co-writing credits, co-ownership and royalties from the song.
